VIRGIN BULLS YOUNGER THAN 18 MONTHS OLD MAY CHANGE OWNERSHIP WITHOUT NEGATIVE TRICH TEST IF THE OWNER SIGNS A STATEMENT VERIFYING THE BULLS HAVE NOT BEEN SEXUALLY EXPOSED TO BREEDING AGE FEMALES.
